Welcome to IELTS Speaking AI (the "App"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and SmartPrep Labs ("We," "Us," or "Company") for the use of the App and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Subscription prices are clearly displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region. All prices are in USD or your local currency as determined by the App Store.
Current approximate pricing (subject to change):
Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as your original subscription.
Price Changes: If the subscription price increases, you will be notified in advance and must consent to the new price to continue your subscription.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
To cancel on iOS:
If we offer a free trial, you will be charged the subscription fee when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
In addition to subscriptions, we offer consumable booster packs:
Booster packs are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew. Once consumed, you can purchase additional boosters as needed.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot directly issue refunds.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a subscription period.

The App, including all content, features, functionality, software, graphics, text, and design, is owned by SmartPrep Labs and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"IELTS Speaking AI," "SmartPrep Labs," and related logos are trademarks of SmartPrep Labs. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
The App may contain IELTS-style questions and practice materials. IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge Assessment English. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these organizations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

You may not use, export, or re-export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SmartPrep Labs regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
