1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the IELTS Reading AI 2026 application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and SmartPrep Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

IELTS Reading AI 2026 is an educational mobile application designed to help users prepare for the IELTS Academic Reading test. The App provides:

• Practice reading passages with questions
• AI-powered feedback and analysis
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Vocabulary building tools
• Mock exams with scoring
• Daily challenges and achievements

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Google or Apple authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions provide additional benefits such as:

• Unlimited access to all passages
• AI-powered analysis
• Mock exams
• Ad-free experience

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play Store account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play Store policies. We do not directly process refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of SmartPrep Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6.3 IELTS Trademark

IELTS is a registered trademark of University of Cambridge ESOL, British Council, and IDP Education Australia. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with these organizations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Using the App will result in any specific IELTS score

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartPrep Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartPrep Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party services.

11. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SmartPrep Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SmartPrep Labs regarding the use of the App.
